Doug Brock
Gracefully present. Unshakably anchored. Relationally relentless.
About Doug
Doug grew up in California with books close at hand and plenty of time outdoors—water skiing, snow skiing, camping, canoeing, and reading whenever he could. After serving in the Air Force, his life took a decisive turn when he became a Christian at twenty-three.
Across church ministry, Army chaplaincy, leadership development, and family life, one thread has remained constant: Doug loves people and loves helping them grow. He has spent his life walking with people through real hardship, pointing them toward the steady joy found in Christ, and helping them take the next faithful step.

Chaplaincy
Doug serves as chaplain for the Priority Insight community, available to individuals, business owners, and professionals who need someone to listen, pray, and speak truth into hard moments. He's spent years doing that work in uniform and in ministry, and he brings the same unhurried presence to both a difficult conversation in an office and a quiet one across a coffee table.
Leadership
Doug partners with leaders and emerging leaders through coaching, teaching, and intentional relationship. His experience spans Army commanders, chaplain teams, church volunteers, and workplace teams — different contexts, but the same core work of helping people lead well and bring out the best in those around them. He is especially passionate about developing servant leaders who carry their faith into every area of life, and who understand that trust is built through consistency, character, and genuine care for people.
Discipleship
Doug has spent years preaching, teaching Scripture, leading Bible studies, and walking with people one-on-one through the questions of faith and life. He loves helping people see how the Bible speaks into real situations, real decisions, and real relationships. Through the Priority Insight Leadership Academy, Emerging Leaders gatherings, and Leader to Leader cohorts, he helps create spaces where people can grow in faith, wisdom, and obedience.
Personal
Doug and his wife Lori have raised twelve children and now enjoy a growing tribe of grandchildren. A California native who spent nearly thirty years in New York, Doug is still getting his bearings in coastal Georgia—and finding it a very good place to land.
