About Jenna
Jenna Tyson’s earliest memories of leadership were formed behind the swinging kitchen doors of her family’s small-town barbecue restaurant. For more than 20 years, her dad owned and ran the business, and Jenna had a front-row seat to the challenging and rewarding work of leading people.
From a young age, she learned that leadership looked like building relationships with employees and equipping them to do their jobs well. It looked like weathering the highs and lows of running a business, while always taking care of your people. It always looked like modeling the highest levels of integrity and excellence. And oftentimes it looked like rolling up sleeves and chopping barbeque!
That early formation shaped Jenna’s passion for leadership development – one centered around helping leaders understand, enjoy, and thrive within the high calling of leading others.
With a God-designed blend of education and experience, Jenna brings together her background in psychology, social work and counseling, emotional intelligence, teaching, talent development, and corporate leadership training and coaching.
